VitaWater Not a Substitute for Daily Vitamins
from: Jeremy MaddockYou've seen them all over the shelves in stores, but just how beneficial are they really? New brands of vitamin-infused water drinks are popping up all over the place, but are they a viable substitute for daily vitamins?
According to registered dietitian and nutritionist, Angela Ginn-Meadow, drinking a bottle of "VitaWater" certainly can't hurt, but it will only provide 25 to 50 percent of your total recommended vitamin intake.
